I'll be interested to see what's in this. I do eat some of the Balance Bars and do ok on them in a pinch. I really prefer the Balance Outdoor, but they are harder to find around here (and never on sale!) The thing that really drives me nuts about the company is that their name is BALANCE and yet they have "HIGH PROTEIN" as an advertisement on the bars' packaging. I wrote and asked them about the incongruity of that and the person who responded just didn't get it, gave me some baloney about advertising rules.... Robbin
