Hi there Am just getting ready to start giving this a go but wondered what the deal is with tea and coffee. It doesn't really mention anything about these in the books I have read. If low-fat milk is a zone favourable snack, does this mean if you have a cup of coffee that is supposed to be classed as one of the two snacks you are allowed in a day? Any info appreciated, thanks.

coffee and tea contain caffiene which can affect the metabolism of glucose in your body (or something similar). Zone recommends if you drink coffee or tea to make sure it is decaffinated, and of course no additional sugar or cream.
