    Came across this article which sounds almost as if it could have been about the Zone Diet. Anybody know anything about this hormone adiponectin? http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle....ID=4522049

    Agreed, the article focuses on the Zone's interpretation of the glycemic index. But the research apparently omits/ignores the role of protein. I don't know anything abuot adiponectin. Charlie
