Hi everyone, I'm going into my 2nd week on the Zone. I really like it, but I can't help but feel I'm not getting enough calcium. Am I wrong? Cottage cheese is the only dairy I'm really eating. No milk of any kind. How could I incorporate more calcium into the diet :?: Thanks,

Also there are many good vegetable sources of calcium such as almonds, sesame seeds, soybeans, many legumes, kale, broccoli, and the list goes on. Try incorporating these into your diet. Of course there's always calcium supplements. Best IMOwould be a calcium and magnesium supplement which contains vitamin D and that has calcium in the form of citrate, which is more absorbable. I take one by Pioneer called "Vegetarian Calcium Magnesiun Trace Mineral Complex". Sue
