I have been unsuccessfully trying to conceive. I use to be very strict on the Zone but stopped when I started trying to conceive. I thought restricting carbs and possibly losing weight might not be wise. Now I'm wanting to go back on the Zone and see if this will increase my chances. I know Dr. Sear's recommends doing the Zone while trying to conceive and now I'm going to give it a real go!! I just started tyhe zone a few days ago and I'm real excited about it. I already have tons of energy and I can't imagine why this diet wouldn't be good for trying to get pregnant. If all your hormones are in sync I would guess we would increase our chances of getting pregnant. I just started trying a month ago!! Wer'll have to keep each other updated!! Dawnsky
