    Hi,
I'm in Barrie, ON. My husband is from Elliot Lake ... his sister was born in Timmins (mining family, of course!)

    Hey fellow Canadians,
Has anybody tried ordering products? I contacted someone at the zone today to find out about the shipping charges.

    Hi Oana!

Great choice to do the Zone! I'm in my 15th year of eating this way. My whole family eats this way. We love it! Its easy to do wherever you happen to be, at home, work, vacations, parties, etc. Have fun with it!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the last time I ordered a box of Zone products, I had to pay a pretty high extra charge because I'm in Canada. To have it mailed out to me that is.

Plus now I'd have to pay 20% extra, because of the dollar rate.

    I hear you, Alexy!

I don't live in Canada, but the extra cost of purchasing Zone products is something that is going to be erased from my budget very soon. My DH was notified that he has been laid off from work. Suddenly, we will be pinching every penny that we have, and eliminating all extra expenses.

I won't be giving up the fish oil, but I can definitely survive without the Zone bars.

It is really very easy to stay in the Zone without using any Zone products at all! Well, I stand by the use of fish oil, but that is more of a health issue.

Yes I did and I am very Happy.

I received an offer for free fish oil, so I sent for it and added at the same time another supply of 120 capsule for an extra 30 days in order to save on the freight.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes 2 and I hope to reverse it or stabilize it. After just a few days, I maintain my blood sugar between 5.2 and 7.0 - so it's working for me.

If you need further information, write to me.

    Bonjour Serge!

I have found the same thing re. my blood sugar - I monitor it daily even although I am not a type 2, I have found monitoring my blood sugar to be great way to see what effect certain foods have on me and how I feel.

Have you noticed a difference (increase) in energy as well?

I have been told on this site that monitoring your blood sugar is not relevant..!!!! (saying that one still wouldn't know how much insulin is being circulated to create those blood sugar readings) I don't agree with that.

In Canada, we are so lucky to have such a good health care system. If we can get the latest meters, etc for free, and if it helps, then that is a good idea in my opinion!

How many mg do you take?

    Lesley

Hi, I live on the Northcoast and am a newbie to the Zone. A friend who's done it before persuaded me to try it. How long have you been on it? to the person from BC...
