I currently take one fish oil cap/day. I exercise daily and eat a very low bad fat diet (I eat only good fats), a good level of L.G. carbs and the correct amount of lean protein for my body weight/height every day (125 lb., 5'8'). Yes, I have stress in my life and sometimes am prone to anxiety attaches, but every time I increase my fish oil consumption, I get a nose bleed - I believe indicating that I am taking in too much fish oil - and maybe too many blood thinners from other sources?). Well, I have borderline high blood pressure and very good cholesterol readings. I am wondering if there is anything else going on with me that I am not aware of - or should test. I am also concerned about how I feel after my meals. I am always bloated to an extreme uncomfortable level, prior to each. I never used to feel like this before I started following Zone-like dietary advise. Also, I haven't had my period for a year now. I am 33 years old, obviously female and terrified to go to the Docs. I know I have to go but am hoping that I am just doing something stupid and need some advise. Also, I tend to get "spacey" in the head - almost dizzy following meals; I wonder what I can do - or not do - to combat this. Thanks for any advise you might have.

I know you said you are afraid to go, but get to your doctor. Stuff you mentioned could come from any number of reasons besides just diet. I'm gonna yell now so you hear it... GET TO YOUR DOCTOR! After that, worry about your diet.
