Hello, I couldnt go out to the store today because of the bad weather we had today :( so i will prolly have to use the non fat cheese i have in my frig.but what worries me is it has High Fructose Corn Syrup/Sugar is this still acceptable on the zone? Thank you, Andy

Hi Andy, The answer is a qualified "yes"!!! The qualifier is how much and how often. And it sure beats going hungry, which is a long way down on my list of choices! (if you could see my belly, you'd already know that :evil: Bob
