I use Mozilla to check, but also Internet Explorer, and lately the orange buttons have not been showing up. I just got one when I went back to the menu, but it was only the big one (not the little one next to the topic). I really appreciate these to help me check messages quickly.
Is anyone else having trouble with these? |

Yes, I use IE6 and have noticed that those most often don't happen any more. I thought it was because I was not logged in, but even after log in it didn't work, then after I viewed several of the forums, the next time I went back to the Welcome Forum Index, poof, there they were (and they did not acknowledge that I'd viewed the forums that I had - I had to go and click on the orange to get them to know what I'd read).
They are very handy little tools to reading the forums.

Case in point, right now. I just got through reading all the forums, got to Suggestions and Comments, replied to your note Ronica, and then went back to the forums, and all the new ones I'd just read were now orange.
Weird.... |

I am currently checking this on my husband's laptop (Mac) and they are working. This browser is called Camino. At home I check on a PC (cobbled together by my hubbby who insists on a combination of Windows, Linux and Pine, as well as a fair bit of freeware.) At school (work) I check on PCs with Internet Explorer. They are goofy on all but this Camino.
Techie people? :)
