I have a question. I've been looking for a fish oil in Canada that passes IFO ratings with 5 stars, similar to Zone Fish Oils.

I've found one but now I"m confused.
This is one of the few fish oils that has a 5 star rating.

My question of concern comes here

    http://www.zonediet.com/tabid/130/i...-mind.aspx

    The article states
"Molecularly distilled fish oil products do not qualify as "pharmaceutical grade" regardless of what the manufacturer says"

In the book he also goes on to say, avoid molecularly distilled oils and that I'd be better off sticking with the store brands.

    http://www.anne-marie.ca/

This is one of the only few fish oils with a 5 star rating besides Zone fish oils, but the website starts out by saying
"A-M B-Well™ Omega-3 PGFO is a highly concentrated fish oil derived from ultra-refined, molecularly distilled fish oil."

    So who is wrong here?
This is an IFO fish oil, rated pharmaceutical grade as well as passed the same strict testing that zone oils go through.

    Thanks

I don't know who is wrong or right but I have been using AMB Well FO for a few onths now. I have no side affects and my mother in law is now off of BP meds.

I will continue to use AMBWell FO.

I may be just misunderstanding exactly what is being said, I'm not sure.
