    I have been looking for receipes for zone meals that adjust for a whole family instead of just one. I am a zoner, but would find it easier to have receipes ideas for my whole family. Cheers Dawn :D

    Hi Dawn, The new book, Zone Meals in Seconds, has many (most) of the recipes in multiples of 4. Of course you can always x4 the other recipes that are for one. Robbin
