    Hello,
This is Mary from Wigan. I intend to place a order for omega Rx and zone bars. Due to the cost in shiping to the U.K. it will not be a regular order and wonder if anyone could advise on the best flavours.
    Thank you in anticipation.

    You're welcome Mary!

It's about personal tastes. My daughter prefers the peanut butter flavor over all the others. Another way to try more flavors is to purchase the sample pack, although it only contains 4 of the flavors. My top 2 favorites are Sweet and Salty Nut Crunch and Cocoa Crisp.

Sue---Do you think the bars are better for snacks or do you think its best to make your own snacks? Also are most of the bars 2 blocks?

    Thanks-

    Hi!

Dr. Sears Zone Bars are very convenient and make excellent snacks and/or meals because they've been designed to, as well as tested and prover to, control insulin levels. You can also acheive excellcellent insulin control with snacks you make yourself, depending upon the ingredients you use and how your body responds to them. I don't know it that answers your qn about which is better. My whole family's been eating those bars for years. They're very convenient and we love the flavors!

The full size bars contain 2 blocks each. The snack size bars (they only come in the Roasted Peanut flavor)contain 1 block each.

Could you not cut the two blocks bar in half and make it two one block bars or it doesn't work that way

Yes Serge. For a 1 block snack, you simply eat one half of the full size bar.

I don't know if you already got your bars or not, but the flavors are definitely up to personal preference. I liked the salty/crunch and cocoa crisp, apple was ok, and thought the oatmeal was the most disgusting bar i have ever tasted.

My favorite has always been the roasted peanut. I was not a fan of the cocoa crisp at first, but I think it grew on me (I am a chocoholic, so it needed to be good).
