well, i'm not doing the zone diet yet, I do live in las vegas and i'm wanting to find a diet that will work for the rest of my life. I have tried everything under the sun and have only gained weight, please let me know if the zone has worked and how on earth you figure all this out.

I am a Las Vegas, not born here, but been here more than enough time to say I am, and I started zoning about a week after you.  All this fruit and vegtitable eating has given me a reason to use my Cosco's membership.  but so far, the inches are coming off faster than the pounds.  How you doing so far?
