My question is, do you still keep losing weight althought you go out of the Zone every now and then?? If someone knows I'll apreciate the answer! thanks a lot!!

Congratulations to all who have posted such wonderful results...I'll add mine to the heap of support for this wonderful lifestyle. I've been on The Zone since the last week of May 2003. Since then I've lost 73 lbs., and am a whole different person. The self-awareness was the biggest change for me (in addition to the chages in my body size! :D )... That said, I need some help now from you Zone professionals...I have been hovering at around the same weight for about two months now. I can't seem to break free of this plateau...Tried the "drop a carb, add a fat" thing and it didn't seem to make a difference. Any other suggestions? Did I just lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, and this is my body's way of "catching up"? I work out 4 x a week at a circuit-training gym, and am about to start riding my bike daily (when the weather gets a bit warmer). I am a 13 block girl, and I don't eat many unfavorables at all...Crackers with my tuna (just can't manage tuna without crackers). Is this a Diet Pepsi problem? Should I give that up? I take in a ton of water a day, so I'm not dehydrated...HELP!

Wow awesome news..I can't wait tell I get to where you are... I am going to curves 5 days a week now.. I weigh in on Tuesdays.. I was told to do just protein for 1 day and then go back to eating the zone and it will get you back on track.... Have a wonderful day. :D
