I was just browsing the site and saw your post. How are you making out in the Zone? I'm from Lynn and have been zoning for a few years now. Never had a lot of weight to loose but have gone from around 135 to 122 lbs. and at 52 years old i'm glad i'm not adding on lbs. any more. I'd love to hear how you're making out.
