Try this site and get out your calculator:

Use 9 calories per fat grams and subtract the fat calaories from total calories.
Divide the number by 4, and this will yield the protein grams.
Use 7 grams protein per block to get a protein block count.
Remeber since game is leaner than "regular" sources of lean protein so you may need to add a little more fat as well.
