In normal range 4 caps a day The zone position is you do not NEED to count it.
If taking large amounts for certain medical conditions (16 a day) it has been shown to cause FAT gain so it is zone recomended to count it.
Clearly ALL fat you consume does count as far as your body is concerned. PGFO will not take you out of zone, in fact it is more likely to get you in zone.. The most important thing is to take PGFO . If not counting it ensures you take it, dont count it. (do whatever you have to to ensure you get regular PGFO)
Re Health grade. This is technically obsolete because the new PGFO is actually more cost effective
