Hi! A friend and have both started The Zone in the last week. We both calculated our body fat percentage and both of us came up with 11 blocks a day. However, she has some confusion about whether we are supposed to really be eating that much right away...she is thinking that maybe 11 blocks is for a "normal weight" person and she can't have that many until her weight is within normal range. I, personally, take the instructions to mean that we are supposed to have 11 blocks per day, now...anyway, here is her question:

Because I am not a typical person til my body fat and weight is less? Please clarify this for my understanding and I will follow to the tee! thanks.
