i just bouth the new book with all the 150 recipes - only problem is most of them are with 4 blocks of P/C/F - which is ideal for a guy but i need 3 blocks of each. has anyone found an easy way to make a 3 block meal out of a 4 block meal?

I find it annoying too that recipes come in 4 blocks when I eat three. However, 12 is divisible by both 4 and 3, so what I do is triple a 4-block recipe to make 12 blocks. Then I eat a 1/4 portion of the prepared food to get 3 blocks. Unfortunately, it's all about math! Hard to believe that our 7th grade teachers were right and that stuff would actually be useful someday, LOL.... Happy zoning, Kate

    1. Divide quantities by 4 then multiply them by 3. OR 2. If you remember your fractions, multiply by 3/4. OR 3. Look up ingredients in the 1 block lists and use 3 of them. For things like spices where the quantities get too small...use a pinch!
