Help I have bought some protein powder thinking I was being a good boy BUT after having it I felt awful the next day....

Now this powder is called weider protein 8o plus and the website is here
    http://www.sport-tiedje.no/en/weide...80plus.htm
it contains low fat and low card but contains sweetners aspatame and acesulfame. Are these bad for the zone? Arent they in diet cokes as well?

Any help would be great is it good...is it bad...... If not what is a good type of protein to get?

    Thank you in adance Andy

The Zone sells a pretty good protein powder. You can probably do your own homework on that, and compare the nutritional labels between products by looking at them online.

Other decent protein powders are sold at Whole Foods. I am not really familiar with too many brands. Trader Joes probably has a decent one, too.

I would not venture to guess what caused you to feel poorly. Could be lots of factors, or it could be the protein powder with the artificial sweeteners.

Wal-Mart's (at least in New England) isn't bad, either.
