You may want to add the 3,3,1,3,1 (or 4,4,1,4,1) combinations. I know I follow this during the week. 6:30 AM 3 blocks, 11:30 3 blocks, 5:00 1 block, 7:00 3 blocks, 10:00 1 Block. Pretty much, sometimes it varies and I graze more on weekends. But due to a strict schedule as a teacher this is what works best for me. So it's kind of every five but sometimes two depending on how much I eat. This is the plan he suggested starting with and it usually works for me.
