Click on My Profile (top right). Then click on Edit Profile (lower left). Quotes would go in the signature box, pix in the avatar.

Love your new photo Sue nice to see your "other" half he looks fit on this plan too. Bob has an amazing 20lbs as of this morning and I have now lost 15lb. This is amazing after only 4 yes 4 weeks. Bob has lost 4in off his tummy and I have shrunk by 7.5 lbs of body fat!! We are so pleased especially as we both feel so well. Bobs back seems to feel looser as well he is a bit more mobile. My measurements are a bit camouflaged as I have a huge hernia which makes me look somewhat pregnant. That will be fixed in January then I really will look thinner lol. I will have to start taking bobs t-shirts in soon which is a pain but good.

My best wishes for your surgery coming up in January. The Zone will help you through it. I've had my share of major surgeries, and am so glad I had the Zone to help me.

The " too big" clothes, I remember well. I went from size 22 to sizes 6 to 8 in less than two years. It would get to a point where taking in the clothes didn't help, they still didn't fit right. When I got to size 12 I bought a few extra outfits, thinking I'd neven be less than a size 12. Smaller sizes sounded like a foreign language to me at that time, LOL. Wow, was I wrong! The weight kept dropping off, and before I knew it the 12's were huge on me, too. For a few years, the one thing I missed from time to time was having old clothes to put on, you know, like a favorite comfortable old shirt. I was swimming inside my favorite old clothes. Now, all these years later, I finally have some favorite "old clothes" again! :)

Jan, sounds like you are doing well! It certainly is helpful to have a "partner" in on this with you! Keep it up!
