I am four days into the zone and I am so grumpy and tired! I'm following the meal plan provided in "A Week in the Zone" religiously (ok, I had a couple extra ounces of wine last night for my evening snack, but other than that I'm doing really well on the program). However, I am super tired, very irritable, and hungry! I have been trying to play around with the snack times, because I go to bed so early, so is it ok to have a mid morning snack between breakfast and lunch?
I haven't played around with "blocks" yet, because honestly it confuses me. But, I'm sticking with the "Week in the Zone" plan so I think I'm doing everything right. But, again I am so exhausted and my poor kids get the brunt of my grumpiness!
Am I doing this right?
