When using the body fat calculator, the directions say to measure the wasit at the bellybutton (for men I assume). But for women, we measure the abdomen and hips--the hips measurement I get, but what about the abdomen--where exactly do we measure--so many inches below the bellybutton or what?

At the belly button for both men and women.
