Hi people. I'm just starting with the zone these days. I have figured out I need 15 block per day, and my question is: Is it ok to eat just 5 3 block meals? or should I rearrange it to something like 4-3-5-2-1? Does it reaaly matter, in fact? I would like to know if my pre-bed meal should be kept to just one or two blocks. I usually work out 3 days a week, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening, but I usually do not change what or when I eat when I do. Should I?
