It doesn't look to be anything much unusual;
However, I like the looks of many of the quantities.
Though, I wish they had an Iron-free version (for men).
They also include some Vitamin K.
Selenium is higher than in most multi's. And Calcium is decent for a Multi.
Supplement with my Vita C (500 mg), my Vita E (400 iu)
and I could do away with my current 100 mcg of Selenium
and my Beta Carotene, and reduce my Calcium from 2@500 to 1@500.
