I just bought a magic bullet the other day and love it so far. Does anyone have any recipes they use for it with the blocks broken down? My finace loved the milkshake I made for him... I had to try it and oh man was it good. Can't wait to have a protein shake with it before work Monday. :)
I am not only new to this cool blender, but am new to the Zone period. So far I have lost 8 pounds and am loving life.

A 3 block smoothie
1 scoop of whey protein (3 blocks protien)
1 cup of strawberries (1 block carbs)
1 orange(2 blocks carbs)
1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter (3 blocks fat)
Add whatever amount of water you like blend it all up.
4 blocks
1 cup of milk(1 block protein 1 block carbs)
1 scoop of whey protein(3 block protein)
1 cup strawberries(1 block carbs)
1 apple (2 blocks carbs)
12 almonds (4 blocks fat)
You could blend it all up, or blend milk and whey and almonds together, and eat the fruit on the side.

A tip about the smoothies that hill posted in this thread. Usually whey protein powder is fat free. With fat free protein sources you have to double the number of fat blocks you add because the block method presumes half of the fat needed for Zone balance is hidden in the low fat protein block. To Zone balance the first smoothie, change the peanut butter amount to 1 tablespoon (1 block peanut butter = 1/2 teaspoon; 3 blocks = 1 1/2 teaspoons; double that is 1 tablespoon). For the second smoothie, presuming you use a low fat milk, use a total of 21 almonds. If the milk is fat free use a total of 24 almonds.
