Hi, I would love to chat with other zoners in Australia. I would like your suggestions on finding substitutes for products mentioned but not found here! Also just to swap ideas for quick and easy zone meals and snacks with familiar ingredients. I've gotten a little offtrack but want to get well and truly back on track!!!

I am just really new to this and am about to start the Zone diet. I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one in Aus but obviously not. I too have had trouble finding Aussie equivalents for some of the ingredients. The first one I have encountered is the egg replacement "eggbeaters" it seems this is not available here. The only thing I have been able to find is "no egg". It seems this is no use as it is made from potato starch, BIG NO NO I am told ,have you had any luck? So far in my plans I can't find any other probs except I will miss my cup of tea but never mind I hope it will be worth it. Looking forward to your reply and hopefully future contact. By the way I live in Portarlington near Geelong VIC.
