Me again...
I am rarely a late sleeper, but often, by the time I get up, have my one-block, pre-workout snack, get to the gym (I usually spend about 1.5 hours), come home, shower and have breakfast, I usually find that my breakfast is more like my lunch. Should I still be squishing in all my meals? It seems like too much to me....
Does this happen to any of you? What do you guys do? |
