Meals/snacks messed up

    Me again... I am rarely a late sleeper, but often, by the time I get up, have my one-block, pre-workout snack, get to the gym (I usually spend about 1.5 hours), come home, shower and have breakfast, I usually find that my breakfast is more like my lunch. Should I still be squishing in all my meals? It seems like too much to me.... Does this happen to any of you? What do you guys do?

    As long as you get your total amounts of blocks and have no meal larger than say 6 blocks (max. 500 cal per meal) than you can split things any way you like. I too have only a snack right after getting up and then have an early lunch.
