Hi..I've been doing the zone for two weeks and absolutley love it. I feel for the fist time I have control over what I put in my mouth. I will say...I do miss the occasional ice cream with my family. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be acceptable as far as ice cream in the zone? Thanks....

I found some sorbets and sherberts that counted as 2 blocks according to the calculations. I can forget the Thrifty's Chocolate Malted Crunch, but I can live with the occasional sorbet.
