Hello does anyone know if eating raw nuts is better than toasted ones? Another questions is I read that if you swish your mouth with olive oil before doing cardio excercise then spit it out it makes you burn more calories and fat, I guess its the same principle as eating splenda where your body detects sweetness and releases insulin. Could olive oil let go of stored fat?
Could anyone help me?? I would greatly appreciate it.
