    Hi,

Can someone point me to a comprehensive Zone Block Database on the web? Also, this is kind of a silly question: how long does it take for you guys to "memorize" your blocks (or do you have to carry a "cheat sheet" with you when you are out and about). Thanks! :)

Hey Jason--I actually use the grams method, but i do own a book by Dr Sears that is call Zone Blocks and it is pretty intense, as you can look up any type of food an it will tell you what type of portion is one block. I think it is really old book, as a friend gave to me a long time ago. I'm sure you could pick the book up pretty cheap!!

    Hey Jason!
Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but, on this website, instead of chosing Resources to get on the Forums, choose Eating, then Quick Start Guide then the Zone Food Blocks. Its been my best guide. It doesnt give everything but it gives a lot and everything is broken down my protein, carb or fat and then shows one block equivalents.
I carried my sheet around for a while then got so I knew most of what amts I should have, at least of the things I eat the most. It wont take you long.
    Happy eating! HOpe this helps!
