Depending on which Dr.Sear's books you read one block of onion is either 1cup or 1.5 cups. According to Omega RX zone book 1.5 cups = 1 block According to The zone (original) 1 cup= 1 block Can anyone tell me how many cups of raw chopped onions is equal to 1 block of carbs?

well i answered my own question by calling someone at the zone headquarters and 1.5 cups of onions = 1 block. the reason is that they have updated how much of the carbs have been absorbed. the latest block guide on the website is correct.

I just checked this web site, and it still says that 1 cup of raw chopped onions is one block. Andrea
