    Hey all,
So I have down Weight Watchers and lost about 25lbs this past year. Also, about 6 years ago I did the zone and lost the same amount; however, my mom was the one making my meals. Anyhow, I am still needing/wanting to loose about 20 pounds more. I want to do the Zone again because I remember how energized I was back then and I felt great (even more so than doing WW).

My questions is, I am a student and working. I was wondering if anyone could help me with some "on the go" ideas. Also, when you go to get togethers, do you take your own food with you? Anything would be appreciated. I really want to "get back in the zone," I just feel like I keep running into brick walls. Thank you.
I am back in "the zone" and loving every bit of it! I did the zone about 6 years ago and lost about 25lbs., went down 3 dress sizes and felt amazing! I went to college, didn't follow the zone and gained everything back and more. Now I am back in "the zone" and staying there.

On the go stuff would be things like.

String cheese, almonds, other cheeses, Rye crisps, cold cuts, some fruit, zone bars, celery, humus.

these are all things you can do on the go.
