I often eat finger salads for lunch: chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots etc and drizzle it with oil and vinegar. I am finding it hard to figure out how much veggies to have to make the appropriate carb blocks. Does anyone know how many ounces of raw veggies make a block? It would be easier to throw them on the food scale rather than figuring it out for each individual vegetable. Thanks! |
