Each meal will be 3 blocks of Protein, Carbs & Fat, 21 grams Protein, 27 grams Carbs, 4.5 grams of additional Fat Each snack will be 1 block of each, 7 grams Protein, 9 grams Carbs, 1.5 grams of additional Fat
