    Hi everyone. So, I turned 35 and tried on my summer clothes. It didn't go well :cry:

    I think I'm missing a piece of information. I am to eat 11 blocks of each items a day, and I see that I need three meals and two snacks, but I don't see how to break them down.

    Would I just do
    breakfast: 3
    lunch: 3
    snack 1: 1
    dinner: 3
    snack 2: 1

    Not sure if I understand the question.

    Each meal will be 3 blocks of Protein, Carbs & Fat, 21 grams Protein, 27 grams Carbs, 4.5 grams of additional Fat
    Each snack will be 1 block of each, 7 grams Protein, 9 grams Carbs, 1.5 grams of additional Fat

    I know, it was confusing but you are right. For EACH MEAL you should pick 3 blocks from the carbs, 3 from the fat, and 3 blocks from the protein. For EACH SNACK you should pick 1 block from the cars, fat, and protein. Hope that helps
    I am back in "the zone" and loving every bit of it! I did the zone about 6 years ago and lost about 25lbs., went down 3 dress sizes and felt amazing! I went to college, didn't follow the zone and gained everything back and more. Now I am back in "the zone" and staying there.
