I just bought the book a 'week in the zone', but figured I wanted to jump into The Zone and so wanted to see if I could pose a 'simple' question. I'm embarrassed to even ask as I am sure I am the only person on this forum that doesn't understand this, but .... I ran the Body Fat Calculator (wow - sorry I did that - ONLY BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY Weight and My LEAN BODY MASS). Anyway - I need to take in 95.85 of Protein which is 14 blocks of protein - but how many blocks would this be of carbs and fat? Again - I know this is the basic principle of The Zone - but I'm not all the way through the book yet...Thank you!

Macronutrients are matched block for block. 14 blocks (actually [i:1650da39b1]micro-[/i:1650da39b1]blocks) of Protein should be split into 3 meals of 4 blocks each plus 2 snacks of 1 block each. Whenever you eat a 4-block meal, you eat 4 blocks each of protein, carb and fat.
