hey guys, just wondering where the aussies get their Pharmaceutical Grade fish oil from?

so far i've only been able to find one 5 star rated fish oil available in Australia and its $37 a bottle of 90 pills (its a-m b-well)

theres a few that are easier to get hold of and they all claim to be pure and the bees knees but i dont trust em....

    any suggestions?

(also any info on where to get an AA/EPA test done would be great too!)

    cheers

Hi I got my oil from USA on this site there is nothing like it in Aus. The strongest is Natures own and that is not strong enough. You will just have to bite the bullet and order on the net. I received it in 4 days really fast and it didn't cost that much either not even any shipping added great stuff.:D

    Hi Blake,
I've been using a liquid fish oil lately, as it is more easily assimilated in the body as we know. I can't remember the name offhand but I have seen it in Melbourne as well as here in Adelaide. It is made from Alaskan salmon, and states that on the box.

will try and get details asap.:)

    Hi Filomena

It would be great if you could put the info on here because I have looked everywhere for a liquid of the same quality as i get from the zone. The EPA and DHA content are "really potent" as my GP says and it is also pharmaceutical quality as well. Hope things are going well for you on the Zone I am very impressed and so is my doctor. My sugar levels are the best they have ever been and I have been able to reduce my medication not to mention I have lost 12kg in 3 months.

Hi there, my name is Jo and I am currently reading "The Zone" and very interested in starting this way of life. Any tips on getting started as I am a little unsure of where to start.

Hi Jodie, Sorry I have been so long in replying to your question but I have been away from the site for ages very busy/slack. I started by going through my pantry, fridge and freezer, threw out (gave away)all my unzone friendly food (both hubby and myself were going on the diet) then went shopping. That way at first you are not tempted to stray. We actually count blocks, so bought a very accurate set of kitchen scales and bathroom scales. It took about 5 days to feel like I was in the zone. We printed off all the recipes on the site and used them until we got more used to the amounts to eat. We still use them occasionally but not so much any more, you kind of get used to eating right. We have been on the diet four months less two weeks and feel great have lost heaps (me more than 30lbs Bob 37lbs)and I have dropped half of my diabetes medication and Bob has dropped half his bp meds and all his anti-inflamatory meds he took for Ross River fever and Barma Forrest Fever and it is amazing. Our doctor is thrilled and refering his other patients to the site. Give it a try I promise you won't look back and good luck.
