Of the 3 fish oils available I am confused as to which to use.
I am fairly active...do a program called CrossFit, play sports and am a forest firefighter.

A good idea would be to call customer service and ask them which one. OmegaRx is fine to use (and the least expensive). I personally use EicoRx for the added GLA, and I tolerate it better than OmegaRx. EicoPro is more for elite athletes, and I am not sure if you fit that description or not.

Justin, either Omega RXor Eico Rx would be appropriate for you. Eico-Pro is for athletes that train at a high intensity for hours daily. It most likely would contain too much GLA for you.

Justin, I think you sound pretty physically fit--you likely are since you are a crossfitter! Again, will re-iterate my previous opinion, in that I think you would do well to call customer service and get an opinion from a zone professional on which fish oil to choose. They are trained for these types of questions.
