    Hi Sue...and thanks for reply.

    You never guess what?
I went through food blocks on site and wrote down all my choice foods and it all makes sense why I shrunk Sept/Oct last year.

I cooked some turkey lately and I'm going to put it in 3oz containers.

This way of eating will make my family think im not on a weight loss plan as they are old school and dont understand that eating little and often is best. They eat about twice a day. Large lunch/dinner.

Rome was not built in a day so I am going to go at my own pace.
This tortoise will overtake the hare.

    Thanks for your encouragement

Sandra, I haven't had much of a chance to talk to you (or anyone else for that matter) lately!

First, I read your other posts, and I think that if you just keep doing what you are doing and keep pace with the zone, your family won't know what happened! You don't even have to tell them you are on another diet, because you really don't even feel like you are dieting in the Zone.

    Hi Cranberrycat...
Just had some turkey/kidney beans and 1 teaspoon olive oil.

    I'm learning.
On TIPS forum I did a UK Zoner thing.
It will answer alot of questions for future UK Zoners.

    I feel really liberated.
I'm planning what next to have breakfast, snack, lunch tommorrow.
Not knowing what to eat is frustrating and many people do what they shoud not do out of frustration.

My next task is to vary my protein options. There is more to life than turkey, and to have breakfast within 1 hour of waking up.
This will be discipline for me!

    I'll keep you updated.
