Just thought I'd start a new topic for this whole crusade--the other topic name is misleading. I am off to Oprah.com to send a "howler". Didn't receive anything back yet from Dateline... Did notice several Zone books on the front display at Barnes and Noble today (diet table) including the "new" book. :) AND had 2 friends grilling me at lunch--both excited as heck about it! Set a good example, all! :D We can be good representatives. Ronica

I would send, but have no idea what Oprah nor DateLine refers to???

I think the forum continuation was here: http://forum.drsears.com/viewtopic.php?t=337 When people notice my weight loss (50 lbs and counting) and I tell them Zone, I am sick and tired of hearing back "Oh, that's like Atkins, right?". I am sick of seeing Zone lumped in with "High Protein, Low Carb categories". I looked at a study that professed that Zone was not good, but not as bad as others and looked at the so called meals they used (supposedly from there review of the books), and they must have only read the chapters that say its OK to go outta Zone a little, because it looked nothing like the meals I make! Argh!

I also seen Zone books in the front with all the other diet books. I noticed one by Dr. Sears called "What to eat in the Zone" I was in a hurry and didn't have time to stop and glance through it. Is that another new one?
