When people notice my weight loss (50 lbs and counting) and I tell them Zone, I am sick and tired of hearing back "Oh, that's like Atkins, right?".
I am sick of seeing Zone lumped in with "High Protein, Low Carb categories".
I looked at a study that professed that Zone was not good, but not as bad as others and looked at the so called meals they used (supposedly from there review of the books), and they must have only read the chapters that say its OK to go outta Zone a little, because it looked nothing like the meals I make!
