Thanks.
I've only read the 'Omega Rx Zone' book and came to that sort of through the back door. I have read some interesting work on diet and health lately, two of which I posted above. A book by Gary Taubes first got my attention:
http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=...291&page=1 Wondering why these diets, with which we have evolved, no longer work for us brought me to the problem of Omega 6 in modern diets. Because of grain-fed protein and food processing, we are up to our ears in them. From several 'anti-inflammatory' books, I got around to the need for Omega-3 and Sears work. The more one reads, the more vital the need to suppliment our current food supply with Omega 3 oils. I don't know that we'll ever correct our food supply back to a healthy content. I know we've got major problems today. I have Sear's Anti-Inflammatory Zone book on reserve at our local library. I'm looking forward to his insights.
Thanks again,
Tom
