When I take even the smallest quantity of Dr. Sears' Omega Rx I find that I cannot sleep at night. Even opening a capsule and using 1/3 of the contents has that effect. When I use other fish oil, it does not have that effect. Other people in my family find they have the same experience. Does anyone out there have that happen too? Do you have any suggestions?

Hi from a fellow MA resident... I take 6 capsules a day and experience no problems with my sleep whatsoever. I will tell you that when I very first began supplementing with PGFO I did experience just a bit of "restless" sleep at night but that has long since gone away. As a whole...ever since I began my Zone lifestyle a year ago I find that I definetly sleep better overall. Jim Haverhill, MA

Hi MaraMarie, When I first began taking Dr. Sears' fish oil, I too noticed if I took it at night I had a hard time falling asleep. I started taking it in the morning instead, and now have no problem sleeping at night. I have also noticed i sleep less now, but feel much more rested. -altagal
