I'm new and excited about this lifestyle. I want to purchase Zone products. Are they available in local stores or only online? Thanks for your help in advance.

Most Zone products are only available online. A couple exceptions exist, however. Sometimes, you can find Zone Cereal in the health food section of the grocery store. Also, you might be lucky to find some Cedarlane Zone Frozen meals.

Otherwise, the bars and the supplements, fish oil, etc. are only available online.

Thanks Cranberrycat, I found another thread addressing the question, too. I ordered some things online as well. I have confused the Zone Perfect with Dr Sears bars. How sneaky to us newbies.. I have alot of weight to lose and and am excited for the journey. looking forward to more chatting.:)
