My 14 year old and 10 year old are having wonderful success! They caught on quickly to what they're supposed to eat & are able to do it in my absence (I'm a nursing student so I have clinicals alot). My 14 yr old has gone from 170lbs to 156lbs in 6 weeks & my 10 yr old has gone from 140lbs to 131 lbs! They say they feel like they're always eating & they NEVER complain of being hungry. The zone works & if kids can do it, anyone can~ don't get discouraged & stick with it.

That is wonderful! It is so important to instill good eating habits into the kids, and this is something that they will easily carry with them for life! Great Job!

BTW, good career choice for you-I am a nurse, as well! I remember those days in school and clinicals, can be tough sometimes. Hang in there!
