My appologies if this has been discussed before but I did a search and came up with nothing (unless I need lessons in how to search) I am making my own soy milk and the final stage is to strain it through muslin. This straining ( a messy process that i would rather not bother with) removes a powdery like substance which I would assume is the fibre that is left after the grinding process. so if i dont strain it, then I presume I am just getting MORE fibre. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with that? Many thanks Top ps it tastes good!
