I read the question in another post :
How many grams in 1 ounce? So thought this worthy of a new thread.
If you type in [i:bbb4d3b259]gms in oz[/i:bbb4d3b259] in Google, you will get the answer
[b:bbb4d3b259]1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams[/b:bbb4d3b259]
conversley if you type in [i:bbb4d3b259]oz in 30 grams[/i:bbb4d3b259], you will get the answer
[b:bbb4d3b259]30 grams = 1.05821886 ounces[/b:bbb4d3b259]
There are other calculations available too, such as [i:bbb4d3b259]half a cup in teaspoons[/i:bbb4d3b259]
The trick is in knowing how Google "thinks", if you get this wrong then you end up with all kinds of interesting recipes from around the world, which may not be what you want.
cheers
