I just bought some fish oil from Whole Foods that was labeled molecularly distillied. I comared the EPA and DHA with the Omega RX fish oil. instead of 8 capsules that i have to take of he Omega RX fish oil i have to take 6 pills of the Whole Foods oil to get as much EPA but i need to take 6-7 pills of the whole foods to get enough DHA. My question is simply are these Whole Foods fish oil pills a good substitute to the omega rx pills. I have a feeling that they are not since they are much cheaper that the omega rx pills. anyone have any advice??
