    Hello Laetitia:
1/3 or so of a Pomegranate is considered 1/Carb block.
1 medium Pomegranate contains 26g. Carbs and 5g fiber.
It is considered to be a favorable Carb per Dr. Sears due to it's high anti-Oxidant value. :-)

Pomegranate juice contains polyphenols, which give color to fruits and vegetables. Polyphenols are powerful anti-oxidants and also have anti-inflammatory benefits by inhibiting NF-kappa B, which is responsible for increasing cellular inflammation processes.
It doesn't matter where the polyphenols come from as long as you get large amounts of them, and SeaHealth Plus is the most economical way to do that.
    :-)

    I was calculating info from
    http://www.nutritiondata.com

It says that 100g of pomergrate has

    From Carbohydrate 19g
    From Fat 1g
    From Protein 2g

And wher recalculate 100g of pomergrate= 2B of carb, and no protein and fat. Correct me if i'm wrong.
