I've been wondering if there's anybody
from austria,germany or swiss who speaks german
or anybody from europe who counts the food in grammes?

Here's some very useful information:
1 kilogramme = 2.25 pounds
7 grammes = 1/4 ounce
14 grammes = 1/2 ounce
21 grammes = 3/4 ounce
28 grammes = 1 ounce
453½ grammes = 1 pound
